We've lived here for more than 4 years, and it use to be a nice place until Solomon bought it. Now it is fast becoming a mixture of the slums of Troy and the college frat house. They have promised many extras, including back doors, and when we asked about it we were told that the main office said they are spending too much money; but then turned around and remodeled the main office. There has been grafeti on the property for over 2 years that they still haven't covered up. And if you were told that you get the 2 parking places in front of your townhouse, forget it now, you're told there is no assigned parking and your neighbor with 5 cars parks and their guests park there. And forget about trying to talk to the Office Manager, she won't return your calls. It is not a good place to live any more, and they don't care.
