The rents are bit higher than other apartments around the campus, but it is very well maintained. There is 24x7 maintenance and if you request anything, it gets fixed very quickly. TERRIBLE experience The complex is terribly managed and maintained because they focused on getting every penny out of the tenants. On moving out, I was charged $200 for some tiny stain on the sink and $30 for a spot on microwave (with which they can probably replace their cheap microwave)!
