Very Reasonable Renewal Rates For a High Quality Apt

Very reasonable renewal rates for such a high quality apartment. The apartment was brand new when I moved in. I can tell you about the big list in great detail since I am in interior decorating but I will make it brief. I have a 900 square foot apartment with vaulted ceilings and my bedroom is double king size(Meaning I can fit two double king size beds)
NEW EVERYTHING SUCH AS:
STOVE
FRIDGE
BATHROOM FLOOR
BATHROOM TUB
PEDESTAL SINK
MEDICINE CABINET
KITCHEN CABINETS, COUNTERTOP, FLOOR, ETC
The train is walking distance and my commute is a pleasure since I can take the long island railroad straight into penn station.
Hats off to the landlord and management company!
