A very well run building

South Grove are very well run pristine apartments in a nice, quiet area.
2 Bedrooms and kids do not exist in the building but if you are a quiet single bachelor like myself or a couple, I strongly recommend the South Grove Apartments.
My apartment came with new fancy cabinets, countertop, sink, new stove, new fridge, pedestal sink, ceramic flooring, and quality remodeled construction all around.
The management team is very strong and dependable. BenArt managers gave me advanced notice of when I was picking up the keys, delivered a brochure of the area and surrounding town facilities with all the information from cable, electric, phone, and super info.
I will be a tenant here for a while.
