BenArt has completely put a new face lift to this building. If you lived here when I did and still do, you probably wouldn't recognize it.

Since Al Pock started running this building in the 80's, it was pure hell. BenArt came in 2004 and tore this place down. They put in new carpeted hallways, painted special designer coating, renovated all the apartments, new cabinets, countertops, floors, stoves, fridges, sinks, etc.
