Mr. Morales is a stand up guy and reliable super. He fixed my sink trap. Not only is he knowledgable but he is very easy to get
along with and well liked by all the tenants.
I have a beautiful apartment. The hallways are immaculate. If the building went Coop, I would definately buy my unit.
