When I first arrived here one of my big concerns was parking. Since coming from Brooklyn, I wanted to alleviate myself from the many nightmares I've experience. Initally and after learning that you couldn't park on the street during a certain time, I said to myself, what did I get myself into. However, I was assured that there was municipal parking available and that once you get acclimated, I'll fine that parking is ok. So the good news is that parking is fine and that my days of Brooklyn nightmares are over.
This tudor-style building is in an area that's very quiet. The fact that I am away from the hustle and bustle of the city, give me a great comfort, which I like. The walk to and from the train station isn't bad at all. The building is well maintained. The super is very attentive to the needs of his tenant and takes pride in doing the job right in a professional manner. As a matter of fact, building management sends out maintenance requests to each of their tenants on any improvements, whether in the building, apartment or outside grounds.
