Spacious apartments but horrible management

I lived at 99 South Grove in 2007. The apartment itself was nice. However, ALL through the winter, it was freezing. I work from home often and was surprised at how cold it was. I guess they figured everyone would be at work and there was no need for heat.
There is no insulation in the flooring so if you have tenants that are not conscience of someone living underneath them, then you will most likely be up all night long. Spoke to management and the super, Evelio, several times.
Also, be prepared to wait ages for the return of your security deposit (the same suggestion written by another ex-tenant is on a familiar website).
Be sure to get a copy of your move in inspection too - they will try to screw you in the end.

I had the opposite experience. My security was returned right away. In the lease it states 30-60 days but I had my security check no later than one weeks time. I received a copy of the moveout inspection and everything was an easy process.
