I wish they would go Co-op Floor Plans are well thoughout and designed with more than ample space. The building is a classy tudor style and the hallways are welcoming and tidy. Lived here for ten years and this is definately the top building in Valley Stream.

Long Lived Tenant BenArt has completely put a new face lift to this building. If you lived here when I did and still do, you probably wouldn't recognize it.

Quality I've been at South Grove for 5 years. Good rents. Super is one of the nicest guys around and he always responds to requests. He seems to know every single person by name in the bldg. Extremely professsional management company. The neighborhood is the best in Long Island.

Hallways are immaculate and luxury
