I visited this apartment complex last year. The apartment shown to me was half first floor half basement. The room looks very old and not well maintained. I recall they have hardwood floor, but it makes noise when stepped on. There is a deck where people can hang out. But from outside the buildings look corrupted and mold. I know many BU students like to live here which I don't quite understand. The rent is about 700-800 so it was not cheap either. Not very recommended.
