I've lived in the Meadows for about 8 months and overall I had a very good experience. The only negatives are that the apartment grounds look a little run down and shabby, and the walls are kind of thin. However, it's very reasonably priced for all the space you get! The kitchen is large and the appliances are good, there's plenty of storage space, lots of extra parking for visitors, and the staff is just great. Very responsive to complaints and they fix things quickly. I would definitely keep living here if I weren't moving.
