We stayed only one year because of many problems. The first day our stove and refrigerator were not working and it took 2 weeks to get this problem resolved. Two months later a maintenance worker fell through the roof into our bedroom - luckily we were not home. Later, a water pipe in the bathroom broke and flooded the bathroom floor with a couple inches of water. This was while we had a guest staying there and she happened to be in the bathroom when it happened. After the roof was repaired, it still leaked a couple of months later. Kitchen light went out and would not work and it took one week to get that fixed. Fixing meals in the dark is not fun. We always had to call maintenace twice for any problems. They would never come on the first call. They probably thought that if they ignored the first call the problem would go away. Had many toilet problems. The plumbing in the walls is VERY NOISY. The groundskeeping is very poor - garbage laying around everywhere. The only good thing I can say is that we got our security deposit back promptly. Would not receommend this place to anyone.

since the new maintenance staff has started things are being addressed. i see workers outside all of the time picking up garbage and maintaning the grounds. plumbing is noisy but buildings are old and all problems we have had with plumbing were addresses quickly, and when we left message to staff with our problems they called right away and came over as soon as they could. we have been living here for seven years, and have seen the changes and how far this place has come.
