Enters apartment without notice

The actual apartments are fine. Plenty of space and reasonably clean. However, the problem is with the upkeep of the apartments. They never fixed a water leak in the bathroom, and there started to be a real mold problem. Also, they NEVER EVER EVER give you notice that they are coming into your apartment. One time someone (never found out who) came into my apartment without notice and let the cat out. The manager said that the labor guy is always very conscious about that kind of stuff--but that is a lie. If you are concerned about privacy or anything like that this is NOT the place to live.
I also had a problem with my security deposit not being given back. No explanation as to why and they never returned my phone calls. I decided to just cut my losses.
