So far so good - Live on top floor - haven't been here only 4 months or so. Plowing could use work and earlier for those that need to get to work earlier. looks dark and old I visited this apartment complex last year. The apartment shown to me was half first floor half basement. The room looks very old and not well maintained. I recall they have hardwood floor, but it makes noise when stepped on. There is a deck where people can hang out. But

seems good I have checked this apartment complex recently. It is under the same management as the Meadows at Vestal.
They have old buildings (not that old actually) and new buildings. The 2 bedroom from the old building starts with $650 for the first floor, $675 for the second floor and $700

Worse place i have ever lived I've lived at the meadow apartments in vestal for 2 years and the 1st year was great. The heat bill was abit much since the buildings are not built correctly. Also durning the second year with the complex the poperty manager became a psycho and would call and yell
