No response to maintenance requests nor do they pick up their phone.

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
Chelsea may be improving the outside and inside of selected apartments but, their customer/tenant service gets worse by the day. I called in a couple of simple maintenance requests, and they have yet to respond. The painting crew is doing a sloppy job inside the hallways too. I can't wait to move out.
