Moving into the place was exciting.
My wife and I were about to get married and needed a new life style
our first night was perfect then we woke up to all the noise of peoples music outside and the people above us-
The way the apartment is made they have a kitchen above a 1 br that br is my wife's and mine all we hear around 7 am is chairs and allot of noise,that's a problem considering I work at night. During the day they allow the kids to run and jump around breaking even things in our own apartment Approaching management has been unsuccessful they sent a letter to them and my wife and I have also approached them on several occasions.
You cant rest when you want to. you cant relax or work just all out stressful
I've seen other reviews on this place and can honestly say that people are steeling and breaking into things someone stole the VTM in the other building including all the cash inside
all out waste of time Head my warning don't go

I agree with you. I use to live in Chelsea Ridge. There where two murders there when I lived there. One of the people who got murdered was the owner David Rosenthaw or Rosendale? Anyway, his wife sold the place a year later. Then AMICO took over, and the place became a housing projects for all the thugs that a decent complex would not except. Or that got thrown out of a decent complex. Chelsea ridge screws old tenants by charging them high rents! New tenants get below market special deals and then they get screwed later! The place is now a ghetto. Whens someone gets kicked out of a nice complex, they move to Chelsea Ridge. I am sure that you and your wife where new to the area. You most likely did no any better. Move out and find yourself a decent apartment. Good Luck

This place is horrid... I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.. When I am done posting all the crap associated with Chelsea, it won't be fit for Section 8!

It sounds like your problems are with the construction of the buildings, not so much with the community. I live in what they call a first floor. I hear my neighbors upstairs stomping around sometimes. I agree it's a pain sometimes, but that's apartment living no matter where you go. I'm staying because everything is so expensive. Maybe you should try renting a house.
