Avalon is nice to look at. Overpriced. You pay all util and water. Which is expensive. you can hear all your neighbors bus. The construction is cheap. closet made of cheap metal and very nosey. They have you paying top dollar and your neighbor next door receiving section 8. People from the outside are constantly breaking into the gym to play ball. Making it very unsafe for residence. They take better care of the landscaping than they do the actual apartments.
