To small for rent paid poor construction

The rent is automatically raised every year 6% if you sign a new 15 month lease and 8% if you sign a 12 month lease.
Consturction is very poor. You can hear someone cough in the next apartment as if they are in yours. I know everything about my neighbors including when they have sex or fight. Car ports are nice for the winter but when plowing is done you have to shovel your way out especially if you have a corner port. Fireplace is nice. Have to pay all utils and it is expensive with central AC and heat
