Overpriced but nice if you can afford it...

These apartments are way overpriced for their size. The parking is good. We always felt safe, although there were obnoxious teenagers often lingering. People don't always clean up after their dogs. Treadmill in fitness center was broken and not fixed for several weeks (they only have 2 treadmills in the gym). Staff was OK, but very strict with lease terms. They expect you to have the apartment totally spotless when you move out and they way overcharge you if they have only to wipe off the kitchen counters with Lysol. Essentially, the apartments are nice, but you only have windows on one side of the apartment, so no cross ventilation. Maintenance requests were resolved quickly. My biggest complaint is the way the management squeezes every penny they can out of you. They have "fees" for everything imaginable. Ask a lot of questions.
