Outside the community looks beautiful, but when you go inside.... thats a whole different story. Kitchen cabinets are old and they look like there going to fall off, kitchen stoves needs to be replaced, the washer and dryer you can rent are ancient, the pantry and laundry room doors are metal and they make a horrible sound when you open them each time. The counters are very easy to get scratch marks in them or already have them when you move in. A lot of kids just walking the neighborhood or hanging in the gym area, making it uncomfortable to go work out. THey think they own the place when they are in the clubhouse. Management at view is horrible!! There needs to be more compassion or people that understand the meaning of customer service.!!! I personally would never move back to Avalon View, even if you paid me to!
