Nice but a rip off

A great complex, yes. Very well kept up, clean, nice and swift staff, BUT the rent is ludicrously high for the size of the apartments. Ours is 800 square feet (a one bedroom) and we're paying $1200 a month. It's not worth it, so we're moving. But if you have a big dog (they allow big dogs), and a lot of money, this is a nice place to live.
