Stuck in limbo hell!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
This place does not enforce it's own rules. We have been forced to deal with our neighbors barking dog (up to 8 hours NONSTOP!), vacumming at 4 am, hammering and nailing at 4 am also, and stereo blaring at all hours of the night, cigarettes catching the grass on fire right by our back door, dog pee from upstairs balcony running onto our patio, same neighbors peering into our windows at night, and the list goes on and on. On the more positive side if you are a person interested in renting here that is destructive, dangerous, loud and rude, this is the place for you. You can do just about anything here and NOT get evicted. IF however you are a nice family, quiet and well mannered, find another place, go to Jefferson Merritt in Fishkill or Rivercrest which just opened up behind this complex. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
