Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
A nightmare from the time I moved in. I don't know how I lasted 2 years. The management is horrible and constantly argues with you, and regardless of anything, they always find a way to screw the resident. They misplace paperwork and do not have their office in order. They will lie to save their own behinds. The quality of the residents is in steep decline and kids run around like they own the place. Seems the place is going totally section 8. Horrible noise and distractions. Maintenance enters apartments sometimes with only one day notice. The apartments are falling apart and are in need of major upgrades. Gas, electric and water bills are very expensive!! Trash facilities are a joke, and always smelly and full. Upkeep of the grounds is done only when the lenders or corporate persons are visiting. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The apartments are way over priced and not worth it. Better options are available. Beware!!!
