Apparently, some of the earlier reviews of this apartment complex were written before the present managing team took over. I have lived here for almost 9 months, and have found the staff to be very efficient, prompt, and friendly in their services. The grounds are beautiful, especially in the spring and summer. I understand that there is the occasional complaint about activities of some of the underage tenants, but since it is a family-type setting, that is not uncommon...however, the Manager, when told of the problems, is very quick to address them. I appreciate the maintenance staff and their efforts to keep the common areas neat, and with children playing outside during the summer, this is an awesome task. The grounds are basically quite tidy, however. In my personal experience, the children have been polite and not overly noisy. Other tenants have heard some unattractive language from the kids, but I have not, and if I had I would complain, because I won't stand for rudeness and crudeness. As I said, the Manager, Chris, takes these reported aggravations seriously, and he immediately confronts the offender. Overall, I would give these apartments a very HIGH rating.

And as for the low rating for "parking"--where does that complaint come from' I see several empty spots all around my building at any given time of day or night.
