Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
I am OK with the parking. Staff are polite and helpful. Takes forever to get maintenence orders completed. I was here with old and new mgmt. No substantial changes. Trash bin is frequently overflowing. Gym is now closed early due to child vandals in the complex. Not that I used the gym anyway.
