Love it Here! - I have lived at Rivercrest for almost 4 years. I love it here. The staff knows me and they know that I'm a female living alone so they do what they can to help when they can. I love my patio and my neighbors, who have been here as long as I have. I do not hear my neighbors very often at all. Never Ever choose this apartment - Never chose this apartment. The management is full of greedy. I paid around 5000 dollars to move out of the apartment because of the lease, there is a job loss clause in the apartment website, but they never consider that. Maintenance is very poor. Bad experience These people are coming up with new regulations every now and then. They don't properly inform the tenants about changes in their rules. And on top of everything they are not respectful of tenants' personal property. This place sucks! I am just waiting for my lease to expire
