Terrible! I lived there 1 year and I couldn't wait until my lease was up. The next door neighbor had friends over and they would sit outside and smoke. I couln't open my windows and I didn't have any air conditioning.

I had a dog when I lived there. I had a long leash and I stood holding the leash from inside my sliding door, I would get a note saying that I had my dog tied out. So, I had a very busy body neighbor! Old and retired with nothing else to do but to be in everybody elses business. I had a small child and I couldn't just take my dog outside at anytime, so it was very frustrating. It seemed like I couldn't breath without the neighbors knowing it.

I heard the upstairs neighbors all of the time. When they ran water, when they vacuumed and when they sneezed.

I also had laundry stolen from the laundry room. Terrible place to live and way over priced!!!!

I lived in Strawberry Ridge temporarily while building a home and I found the management very accomodating. I felt the tenants were ignorant with the laundry facility provided by not removing their clothes. Any time I asked management for repairs they promptly addressed my requests.
