Discusting ---- hole apartments is loaded with fleas and i dont even own a pet. Every other apartment has pets and im stuck with fleas attacking my child. Office staff is garbage, parking is awful. Maintenance is ok but takes forever to fix something.

Great Place I have lived in fenimore trace for almost 2 years and i love it. the maintenance staff is point on. i have never waited more than 30 min to have an issues attended to. The grounds are exceptional. The office staff, thought has changed a few times is courteous and easy to deal with.
