yes - I moved into VAlley view 4 yrs. ago and I love it there. The maintenence men are the best ever, JAck and WAyne, and all the men help you as much as they can and keep this place clean and neat and come to do repairs as soon as you ask. Good Luck Lived there for about 1 year. Then whole time maintence never took care of a single problem I had when I was there. Then when I moved out gave them 30 days notice and still are fighting about my secruity deposit with them,also when moving out realized there was MOLD on all my bedroom

Comfortable This apt complex is pretty comfortable. Nothing elaborate but inexpensive and pretty quiet. I think it depends on what building you're in on what circumstances you have to put up with. I think the lower the building number the more problems with mold and mildrew as they are

Hole Leaky ceilings and they repair it by just painting the stain in your apt., mice every spring and summer, the floors are uneven in some areas and trying to get management to do anything about it is like pulling teeth. Oh and lastly the cost to heat and cool the apartment is $$$ because

Worth the wait.... I lived in a neighboring complex and moved in September. Fenimore Trace has exceded my expectations. The staff is nice and accomidating and the maintenance is wonderful. They even helped me clean my car off during a recent storm! If you are looking for great value and heat

Wouldn't recommend The management seems to be replaced every 6 months. Not only that, but they seem to have "lost" the paperwork for my security deposit. Snow removal is not the best, parking sucks on the best days. It has nice views overlooking troy, thats about the only
