Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
Spatious But Old Apartment Complex. Most of the Apartments Makes cranky Noise when u walk. The Lawn is maintained good But only that.
Staff's are Un-friendly and some of them are Stubborn and Dumb! The Property manager is Stubborn and Very Ugly.
Now-a-days most of the Apartments have Variety of Bugs ...So u can call it Bugs Paradise or Bugs Manor :-). If u complain about Bugs to the Staff, They will tell that U bought it and hence they are living with you.
Water, Heat and Cable Comes free so are the Bugs and Un-friendly/awkward Staff.
The GYM is equipped but Small. They have 2 Tennis Courts with Scratchy Cemented floor and Stinking Nets! So, if u want to break your Leg and spoil your Game, u r welcome to Bugs Manor.
They have a Swimming Pool which is very Poorly Maintained. Once in a Blue Moon they change the Water.
