This is really not the Place for the Money U pay it for....Unfriendly/Ugly Front Office Staff, OK kinda Maintenance Guys(Poor Chaps!), Very Ugly Property Manager(Linda)....They dont care for all the problems which they cannot fix. Poor maintenance during Winter, One Washer/Dryer per 12 Units....Many-a-times it so happens that Either Dryer will not be working or the Washer.

The Childrens Park is in its horrible state, the two Spring Toys(Horse and Bike) are bent to Ground almost 3 years and is very unsafe. Everytime u complain to Office, they have standard answer "We are working on it"...They are not even bothered about the safety of Children. The Tennis Courds have Cracked Floor and Broken/Wrotten Net which the Farash People have not bothered to replace from past 3 years.

The property Manager is very Unapproachable and Ugly. She so Dumb but behaves as if she's the Queen from London.

I Wouldnot recommend this place even to my enemy!!!
