They never take the time to fix things that are going wrong in the apartment. Toilet was leaking, called main office, told me that someone will be there right away. Called back two hours later "ooh i thought he would be there by now" When we moved in they didn't completely finish painting and said they'll be back as soon as we settled in. Lived there for three years and never came back to repaint even though we called to remind them to. When fixing the door they took off half of the molding that was around it and never put it back. Lived seeing the wood that constructed the house until we moved out because they couldn't find the time to come back. upstairs dishwasher was leaking through our ceiling, called maintanence and told us to put a bucket down to catch the water until the next day. Apartment was not properly insulated mainly through doors and windows which caused drafts and lead to heat/ac bill to sky rocket. Never weeded or took care of landscapes. Laid down cow maneuver in the middle of summer every year and all you smelled was poop and you had to keep your windows and doors shut so the smell didn't come inside. All and all it was a bad place to live and i would not recommend it to anyone.
