My family lived at Daniels Creek for 2 years. First of all it is way overpriced, and you can be assured you'll be helping to foot the electric bill for the giant lamposts outside. Our utility bills were unbelievable. During our time there we experienced constant problems with the plumbing. We had water GUSHING from our washer drain hole in the wall at least once a month. It was like a fire hydrant. They kept putting a band aid on the problem instead of fixing it. Our apartment was flooded on a regular basis. Our dishwasher broke, flooded the kitchen, and they took 3 freaking months before they fixed it. I harassed them regularly about it but they kept telling me "we ordered the part, but it hasn't come in". Bullsh@!. Due to the shoddy plumbing, we had food from the garbage disposal back up into OUR BATHTUB. So then they come and cut a giant hole in our wall to access the tub pipes and cover it up with cellophane when theyre done. They promised to come back to fix it up right and never did. Unreal. So after we moved out we went over that place with a fine comb and scrubbed every square inch. The carpets were ruined from the constant flooding and let them know that. Guess what, they charged us to have all of the carpet replaced, all the walls painted, and for cleaning things we had ALREADY CLEANED FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. We ended up with a bill for $900 dollars and they didnt even put our pet deposit towards it. We plan on taking them to court. Do yourself and your family a favor and AVOID THIS OVERPRICED CRAPHOLE.
