Office staff is never around. The woman who manages the complex is in the office on an appointment only basis. When repairs need to be done you have to leave messages which are returned at their convenience days later or not at all. The kitchens are out dated and the appliances are nearing the end of their lives. The walls are cracked in places and the shoddy repairs to old nail holes are a real eyesore. The toilets are also showing signs of age, water pressure for flushing is extremely low. When we toured the property we were walked through a townhome of one of the residents which was upkept far better than the unit they stuck us in. Talk about a bait and switch. Area is nice. We signed a one year lease and wanted to leave 3 months into it.

I have lived here over a year. This review is baloney. Don't trust anonymous reviewers if they can't be known then they are probably aware their motives could be exposed.

Dont trust this review. We were shown the exact apartment that we were going to rent before we signed the lease. Management always has a presence here, and is very accessable for any problems. Does not surprise me that the reviewer chooses to remain "anonymous". This is a great place to live.

How can you not give the grounds, safety, and parking a perfect score? Even if you had a bad experience in the 9 years I have been there safety has never been an issue, there is more than enough parking and the grounds are a beautiful parklike setting.

Couldn't agree more the townhomes are shoddy. You feel like your'e heating the outside in winter.Outdated is putting it mildy and she ups the rent!!!!
