Simply stated this is a great place to call home. These should be listed as luxury apartments. All of our family and friends who have visited us have been totally surprised, these apartments are not what someone pictures in their mind when you tell them that you live in an apartment. We have our own private entrance, cathederal ceiling with ceiling fan, washer and dryer hook ups, our own hot water tank, furnace, and central air conditioning unit, all of which are continously maintained for us. Kathy, the manager, is a gem, any problems that we have ever had in the 5 years of living here have been addressed immediately and to our complete satisfaction. The manner in which these apartments are maintained, our problems have been few and far between. These apartments are in a park like setting, the grounds meticulously maintained, the parking areas snow plowed professionally, with sidewalks shoveled. Neighbors friendly and always respectful of others privacy. We are very proud to call this place home.
