There is no one for maintenace 24 hours a day. During the day only. Landlord not willing to deal with issues or problems you may have with others. Noise level of neighboring apartment is terrible. The apartments have not been upgraded since they were built. Sliding glass doors in all units do not lock. You are told this after you sign a lease. Use a piece of wood. Isulation on these doors is awful. I could go on and on.

Why is it that this person keeps submitting anonymous bad reviews? Kind of cowardly. I live here and it is the best. I have seen none of the problems this person asserts. My heat and AC bills are very reasonable. And all my doors and windows lock. These apartments are relatively new and I rarely hear any noise from neighbors. The landlord is extremely responsive to any issues and does take action if warranted. A stick of wood in a sliding glass door is recommended for all such doors no matter where they are located. The above review was written by someone with an ax to grind. Providing false information such as above is wrong.

I beg to differ with you. I am not in the habit of stating falsehoods, also what makes you think I wrote the last review, I didn't. Apparently there are other anonymous renters living here, so deal with it. I am talking about the TOWNHOMES and until you have been in one do not respond. I would love to use a piece of wood as a secondary security measure but unforntunately our sliding glass doors do not lock at all!!!! Please feel free to stand outside or even better step inside one and watch the shades blow and feel the cold air. Maintenance is NOT available through the night, if you know something I don't, please feel free to share, otherwise get your facts straight.

I totally agree with the 1/14/08 posting as I too live in the TOWNHOMES with NO lock on the sliding glass doors and ALL the windows leak terribly. The upstairs windows constantly break, one I am never able to use. I had a maintenance issue that needed attention at 6PM and had to wait until the next day. Sorry, I agree with the first poster. If you don't believe us, come and look for yourself!
