So far, I love my townhouse. We have so much space--2 bedrooms and a basement, 1.5 bath, big family room. I haven't had a problem with noise at all. It's an adorable home. I love all the trees that surround it. The rent is very low.

I agree with those who say general maintenance is lacking--I'd like to see the outside of the townhomes look better and some updates to very old appliances. That is the one place I would say there's room for improvement--more general maintenance/preventative care. I was also told my place got cleaned before I moved in, but it hadn't--toilets, floors, sinks were not clean.

Honestly though, I am loving this place, the space it provides, the "homey" feel and I can't complain. This is my 2nd rental property and it is so much better than the first place I lived!
