Not worth the money! Built nice, managed BAD!

Our apartment is nice, except for the hard as rock berber carpet. It's nice to each have a garage and the amenities are well kept.
However, the management seems to change weekly, I'm sure it has something to do with the owner. The place looks great on the outside and the leasing agents are very nice, but after we moved in, the staff has been nothing but unaccommodating. The huge lease with all it's addendums felt like we were enrolling for the military. Debbie, the secretary, is rude and incapable of help. You can feel their main objective is to get you in, but then not worry about you once you're there. The neighbors are nice and the grounds are spacious, but watch out if you need out of your lease, we've heard first hand horror stories.
