Very attractive apartments, with modern appeal. Vaulted ceilings and beautiful kitchens, although more counter space would be nice. Surprisingly reasonable cost considering the modern style. Convenience of village and expressway, but super quiet. Washer and dryer included which makes for added convenience. Overall was very pleased with apartments, but very unsatisfied with management. On numerous occasions things were scheduled to be fixed but weren?t. After several calls, the worked was finally done. Make sure to have your fireplace cleaned and inspected prior to moving in. When I moved in mine was not inspected, and I wasn?t able to use it for 4 months because it was deemed unsafe. It took 5 months to be completed, after several calls to management. Also, stress that you would like to view your apartment. Management tends to frown on actually letting the potential tenant view the place, and would rather show the model. I?ve lived in both the lower and upper units, and the lower unit (which is what the model is) looks quite different then the upper units.
