Waterview at Willowpoint Townhomes

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Great area, love Webster. However, this development is very poorly managed. You pay for everything and in return get practically nothing. Very slow to do maintenance work, and management has "forgotten" to pay trash bills on time so our garbage is not always picked up consistently. Very bad about keeping yards maintained, we have weeds that have not been picked for over a year. They charge you excessive fees for owning a pet, including a pet cleaning fee, pet rent, and a pet deposit, this is on top of all the other fees. They are very money hungry and have poor customer service, would not rent from again.
