New owner took over these apartments as of a few months ago. Some work is in dire need of repair on all these buildings. New windows are BADLY needed, as the ones that are in the buildings are from the 1970's when the units were built, and they leak constantly. The central air/heat is not really a complete central system. There is no air return, except for the middle of the apartment, so it makes it either too hot or not hot enough or too cold or not cold enough in certain parts of the apartment.

Overall, however if they would fix the windows, its a good place to live, for a fair price in Webster. We get 1100 Sq. feet for 670, which isn't too bad for the price you pay. We have a remodeled apartment.

Linda the site manager is easy to deal with, however sometimes the management needs to be called back a few times to get things done. It's a big complex, I don't completely blame them.

They need to mark the buildings better, and better light the parking lots as well!!!

I'm sure you will come to despise this place the longer you live here. Hopefully you will not have to put up with the stuff that we've encountered over the alst 3 years.
