I have lived in Waverly Wood Village for over a year now. The apartments are the biggest around. I have a 2 bedroom that is 1100 square feet. We keep our heat at 67 degrees and our average RG&E bill is around $150 in the winter, $80 in the warmer months. The neighborhood is great if you like to walk and the pool never gets too crowded. We plan to stay here until we purchase a house.
