I hate this apatment complex, like another tenant stated the office staff are a couple of incompetent B@#$hes! They have the gall to raise your rent ever year. Windows are old and in the winter you can feel the air blowing in on you! This management company is going to have a real issue finding tenants to stay once leases begin to exppire. With price of gas people are going to start to move closer to ther places of employment. I work downtown and there is no way in hell i am going to pay an extra 30 dollars a month for this place way out in east bum--ck! I would rather live in the hood on the bus line in a place half the size of this whole!

YEAH! the windows suck we had to freaking PLASTIC our windows. How pathetic is that? And the windows fog up you can see the water on the windows. I had to plastic the windows on my old house that was like 100 years old and we didn't have enough money to change the windows. The apartment should have the money and use it to fix the apartments!
