I have to agree with a lot of the reviews. I lived in Waverly Woods for less then a year and the windows are terrible. There is not insulation what so ever. I could have my heat turned up to 70 and it s freezing still. My RG&E bill is pretty high it could be $150.00. If you go by the windows you can feel the cold air coming in. They really need to do something about the windows. Beside that I have no other complaints. The pool is very nice. Not bad for the price. It s just the Gas and Electric bill really make it a lot more money. I would recommend Waverly Woods.
