The thing with sites like this is that you usually get only the opinions of the malcontents who have an axe to grind. I would like to offer a positive view of this wonderful community.

I have lived in Waverlywood for two years. I have found the staff and management to be polite and responsive. My requests for maintenance assistance have always been addressed within one business day; sometimes the very same day. It is my experience that if you treat these folks with dignity and respect you will be treated the same way. There was one time when I inadvertantly overpaid my rent because I had been out of town and thought I had missed the deadline, so I added the late fee to my check. The management caught my error, brought it to my attention, and unilaterally reimbursed me the late fee. That's what I call integrity.

As for the community itself, the grounds are always beautiful. There is almost always some sort of landscaping, mowing, trimming, etc. going on. In the winter snow removal is quick and efficient. Parking is plentiful and the lots well maintained. Best of all, my neighbors are fantastic. No matter who I run into, whether I know them or not, there is always a pleasant smile and a friendly "hello".

Due to job related relocations, in the past 12 years I have lived in five different complexes across three states. Waverlywood is far and away my favorite.

Is this guy in denial? Possibly being paid for good reviews. Usualy bad situation call for malcontent tenats. Fact of life. As for everyone else, i suggest a visit for yourself.

This guy is either in denial or sleeping with the staff members or maybe he is just a inconsiderate di*k. Who Knows. This Place is Horrible. I have read at least 24 diff reveiws on waverlywood on how poor attitude and rudeness they have. Watch it because they like to discrimante agaisnt people on certain things...It is by far the WORST place ever... I would not recommend it at all.

Funny how negative reviews are expected to be taken as absolute truth, but let someone write a positive review and they are called filthy names and have their integrity called into question. All while hiding behind a cloak of anonymity.

Aren't reviews meant for opinions? Whether good or bad? If the reviews happen to be more negative, it's probably for a darn good reason huh... and since the negative reviews do speak on the same issues, even more grounds that it's probably true right?
