I find it hard to understand how some people can be so happy here and live here for years and a few simple minded people who show their lack of scruples by their very messages here can feel so differently about this place. all my neighbors in my building have lived here HAPPILY for at least 5 years and love their apartments, enjoy the beautiful lawns and get their work done quickly and have never had a single problem with the staff, who are always helpful and friendly to me and one elderly neighbor even told me one of the ladies in the office calls her just to make sure she is feeling ok from time to time. The men who do the work here are so polite and have been around a long time and helped me to my car when it was icey a couple of times over the years. Now does that sound like the picture of what those very angry reveiws state' it seems to me they may have been evicted or didn't pay rent or they broke a rule or didn't get their way in some regard and it sounds like retaliation to me. the neighborhood is so peaceful and pretty and the neighbors are wonderful so it sounds like the landlord is doing just what they should be doing and keeping the riff raff out!!!! and maybe the riff raff is getting revenge. the only thing I could really say that is a problem is the drafty windows but I put up insulated drapes and it really seems to be a big improvement. ok I have had my say, but I would suggest waverlywood to anyone and have.
