I agree the windows are poor (at best)& our door has a huge gap. The guys who fix things are good, the office staff could be better. They can be rude but it is more the issue they just don't know anything, they always "will have to call you back". They should simply put the people they call in charge. I also have 3 children and the complex allows dogs but does nothing to enforce clean up!!! I hate it when they want to go out to play and make them stay right in front as no dogs are in my part of the building. The heating is a joke, the master bedroom is freezing the dining room is hot and in the summer the ac struggles to get it to 78!! We have discovered if we open the bathroom door going into the master bedroom and close the regular door we get more heat in the master bedroom. This just shows the poor heating design.
On some better notes the pool is nice and the grounds are mowed frequently and in general things get fixed (it does take some persistence at times mainly due to office staff not understanding the problem bringing pictures helps greatly)I will be here for a second year but will look to rent/buy elsewhere after and would recommend only for a short term solution. I think this place would be much much better if...

They fixed the outdated foggy drafty windows, stopped accepting dogs (or better enforced clean up) updated the heating and cooling and hired new office staff.
