When we moved in, they promised us we could vacate early by activating an early termination agreement 60 days prior to moving and paying 2 months rent. When we tried to activate the early term. agreement after 6 months LIKE THEY SAID WE COULD, they said we would have to have signed that agreement in the lease up front, when we moved in, so we were liable for the whole 12 months.
They are not truthful when you sign the lease. They will say anything to get you in the apt. then take it back when you try to get them to keep their word. Also they dont do anything about noisy tenants, pet feces in yard.
Apartments are extremely poorly insulated: you hear every word your neighbor says and hear toilets flushing.
