Webster Green isn't perfect, but it has a lot of features most local apartments don't.
The attached garage is great & its size beats any other place I have lived.
You CAN terminate your lease early, but this has to be agreed upon when you are signing or renewing your lease!
As far as complaints, they have to do mostly with the neighbors. We have a cat, but were surrounded by dog owners who would congregate outside our window all summer with their dogs which annoyed us.
We also had some ice damming last winter, which caused a few ceiling leaks. They sorta fixed the problem, after several calls to the office.
