We were promised a certain apartment, and then once we signed the lease (a month before) they said we couldn't live there. The apartment manager is so unfriendly we contimplated not even moving in, but it was too late. Do not rent! They send notices every month saying all the thing you can't do there. You should see the list of things you CANT do in the summer regarding the pool. I understand safety issues need to be communicated, but they are very rude in their letters. For the price, they should be overly friendly. It's really sad that an apartment that appears so nice on the outside could be run so poorly.
