I am pleased to see that my wife and I are not the only ones who think this is an absolutely horrible place to live. Where do I start- the management is insolent at best- exceptionally rude, unhelpful, snotty. The rent was very high, the heat bills were the highest I have ever seen- no insulation in the walls. When our neighbor was drinking, doing drugs, and blocking our entrance despite repeated requests for him not to block our driveway with his dumptruck (and an assault) Webster Green informed us that we were the problem and we needed to move. The only tenants that management seem to get along with are the scum that continue to rent there! Very disappointing yard care and the list goes on and on. I would rather live on the street under a bridge than to live there ever again! Regardless of what specials they offer....RUN and don't look back. I have rented for 8 years at 8 different cities...and have always had positive experiences until staying at Webster Green!
